Dinner!



Dinner tonight: Spinach, Sun-Dried Tomato and Cheddar Cheesecake (veganized of course!). I got the recipe from The Vegetarian Slow Cooker cookbook. If you're wondering, I replaced the cheese with rice cheese, the evaporated milk with MimicCreame and the eggs with Bob's Red Mill Egg Replacer. Looks yummy!!

  3. We bought MimicCreme once or twice, and didn't really know what to do with it except put it in coffee. Can you use it for anything else besides replacing evaporated milk?

  4. Heck yeah, Angeline! :) You can use it to bake with whenever you need a sub for cream. It works GREAT in creamy soups and stews. Oh, and in deserts that call for cream too.
